When I am preparing to attend to, encourage a situation or change, my first thought goes to the #Chakra system, our “wheels of life” and how they interact with it.
Several are the Chakras related to these three spheres in which my regeneration is reflected. But one has emerged as if by magic: in indeed, my eye has turned to a particular jar of the many I have that store the materials with which I craft. It is the one that contains the turquoise paste stones I am passionate about and which date back to the 1980s! 
The #turquoise is a stone connected to the fourth Chakra, the Heart Chakra, which is the energy center of universal love, 'healthy love, including for oneself, generosity and gratitude. These are feelings that develop naturally when growing up in #Family, but it is never too late. Besides, when the Heart Chakra is in balance it benefits the health of the other Chakras.
