Tallit "Shemà Israel" Ideal for a Bat Mitzvah

Pure, white Shantung silk and gold decorations characterize this new Judaica garment by LiOr Designs.

The idea of ​​a young Bat Mitzvah inspired LiOr in the design of a precious, shawl size Tallit, white as snow, a color that symbolizes purity, new beginnings. In fact she chose the prayer of the Shema', the foundation of Jewish belief, written in gold on the Atarà.

The lettering is hand painted, embraced at both ends by "seed stitch" embroidery with metallic gold thread.

LiOr made the flowing side fringes by knotting pure cotton thread with the "double net" technique. The Tallit measures 184 by 65 cm.

The tsitsit is tied according to the Ashkenazi tradition (7-8-11-13 chulyot). 3 out of 4 have been applied, leaving the Woman who will receive this item the possibility of performing the tying of the fourth tsitsit herself, guided by LiOr, thus making her new Tallit really special.
