Ariel gifts me with a sachet, apparently there will be something magical inside!
She tells me about Anne Rose, who owns a little perfumery boutique nearby, in the historic centre of Modena, where she will guide me on a personal olfactory journey through her Little Museum of Alchemical Perfume.
A very uplifting prospect, given the tough time I am going through. Once I've climbed onto a stool, I effortlessly follow Anne Rose as she makes me choose 6 out of countless little cruets. The colour of every artisanal fragrance in her collection are also very diverse.
I try the first one and Anne Rose prompts me to spontaneously voice what my limbic system is whispering to me, as I let myself go.
Number 1 'Yes I like it, fullness, sincerity. wood, strength". Laboratory note by A.R.: Siddhartha or empowerment, knowing that I don't know, soul searching, going through physical challenges.
Number 2 "I like it right now, I won't like it always because it's too sweet. Food, sand, flower, kiss, crowd'. Lab note by A.R.: Faunus, or iris/vanilla, unconditioned love, Energy, Logic, God
Number 3 'I don't like it. Unfriendly, stereotypically masculine, standoffish, refreshing, father." Lab note by A.R.: Avia Pervia: Latin motto depicted on the crest of Modena, invented in 1500. The popular meaning is: to make it easy things that are considered impossible. Help to attain happiness: what is my mission in unity with the divine. Another interpretation is 'a-via per-via' = passage.
Number 4 "I like it a lot. Peppery, books, studying, ideas, concepts, friendship, freshness, respect, cleanliness" Lab note by A.R.: Agata, looking for ..., the grand halt, to go back, to examine, to stop and let emerge what failures, losses and experiences have taught me, to find myself...".

What do I take away from this wonderful experience? After going through the burning hoops of 4, I need to fine tune 5 in order to get to 6, to happily give and receive with a healthy balance.
In other words, soul searching through the mundane to get to the knowledge of unquestioning love and accomplish the mission, seductiveness for myself, involves the big stop. Gabri-El.
I want to associate each of these notions with the right essential oil for aromatherapy.
